Tutored Wine Tastings
Tasting wine should be fun. And Wine Tastings should not be stuffy.
Why not have Guy Boursot, a wine expert, help you select a range of contrasting wines and then have him talk your audience through the choices, pointing out how to better one's tasting abilities, what to look out for and explaining why certain wines taste as they do?
You can supply your own wines or sometimes Guy can provide the wines and equipment and he can create tasting sheets for those coming along. Some people like to feature a quiz and this can also be organised for you.
These events can be for "novice" or "keen amateur" audiences and are surprisingly inexpensive. Given Guy's guiding hands and words, your audience will be enlightened and entertained. Nobody has yet gone out bored or indifferent!

"The lunch was a great success we thought, certainly the six of us very much enjoyed ourselves and the other tables seemed to be occupied by beaming faces. It was nice to start with the bubbly in the garden and there was some good mingling too. It was a nicely informal event and Guy hit just the right note with his information about the wine - we all thought he did it extremely well, interesting but not preachy, not everyone has the knack of this but he does."
